Welcome to Retail Solutions Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website or submitting a service enquiry, you agree to use the website in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. A service enquiry alone does not create a binding project order.

If you are placing an order on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to act for that organization.

Our solutions may include retail display racks, gondola shelving, retail lighting, signage and branding, showroom planning, 3D design, customized fabrication, site installation and related services.

The exact deliverables, materials, finishes, quantities, technical specifications and site responsibilities are defined in the approved quotation, drawings and work order. Website images and illustrations are examples and may differ from custom-built outcomes.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, a quotation remains valid for 15 days from its issue date. Quoted amounts are based on the information, measurements, assumptions and scope available when the quotation is prepared.

Final quantities and costs may change after site measurement, design confirmation or scope revision. Work generally proceeds after written work-order acceptance and receipt of the required advance payment.

Prices are expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), unless otherwise stated. Quoted prices are generally exclusive of VAT and applicable taxes unless the quotation expressly includes them. Advance Income Tax (AIT) and other statutory deductions or charges are handled in accordance with applicable law.

Delivery, handling, installation, site-specific works and other additional services may be charged separately as described in the approved quotation.

Our standard commercial payment schedule, unless amended in writing for a particular project, is:

• 50% advance payment with the confirmed work order.
• Remaining 50% payable before delivery.

Any milestone arrangement, payment method or special credit terms must be confirmed in writing. Delayed payments may affect production, delivery scheduling or release of goods, subject to the agreed project terms and applicable law.

Clients should review and approve relevant layouts, drawings, dimensions, colors, finishes, quantities and technical specifications before production. Client-supplied measurements or reference materials should be accurate and complete.

Changes requested after design approval or production commencement may require revised pricing and timelines. Our team will communicate material revisions for approval where applicable.

Our usual indicative delivery period is 12–15 working days, subject to the agreed project scope, material availability, approvals and production schedule. Load-shedding, gas shortages and other operational disruptions may extend the timeline.

Transport and delivery costs are charged at actual cost unless otherwise agreed. Standard delivery is to the ground floor or building entry point. Any lifting, carrying or handling to upper floors is arranged and paid for by the client unless the quotation specifies otherwise.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed as binding in a written agreement. Please ensure the delivery site is accessible and a responsible representative is available to receive the goods.

Where installation is included or requested, our standard fitting-charge basis is 3% for projects inside Dhaka and 6% for projects outside Dhaka, unless a different rate is stated in the quotation. Multiple fitting visits or phased installation may involve a separate 3% charge per agreed schedule, subject to the written project terms.

The client is responsible for safe and timely site access, necessary permissions, an installation-ready work area and any agreed site utilities or supporting works. Delays caused by restricted access, unfinished civil work or other site conditions may require rescheduling and additional charges.

Requests to change, postpone or cancel an order should be submitted in writing as early as possible. Because many items are made to order, cancellation or major revisions after materials are purchased or fabrication has started may result in charges for completed work, committed materials and reasonable documented costs, subject to the signed agreement and applicable law.

Any refund, credit or revised delivery date will be assessed against the project status and confirmed in writing.

Clients should inspect delivered items and notify our team promptly of visible damage, missing components or discrepancies, ideally with photographs and the relevant order reference.

Warranty coverage, if provided, depends on the particular product and the written quotation or warranty document. No universal warranty period is stated on this page. Improper use, overloading, unauthorized modification, accidental damage and unsuitable site conditions may affect warranty eligibility, to the extent allowed by law.

For storage or display racks, follow the approved installation, loading and maintenance guidance. Do not assume a load capacity that has not been specified for the supplied product.

Website text, graphics, illustrations, layouts, branding, product photographs and other original materials are owned by Retail Solutions Ltd. or used with permission, unless indicated otherwise. You may browse the website for legitimate personal or business evaluation but may not reproduce its protected materials for commercial use without authorization.

You agree not to interfere with website security, submit malicious content, attempt unauthorized access or use our website for unlawful activity.

We aim to keep website information accurate and services available, but website content may contain errors or become outdated. We may update product descriptions, service information and website functionality without prior notice.

Any allocation or limitation of liability for a project is governed by the applicable written agreement and mandatory law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Events outside reasonable control—including significant power or gas disruptions, natural disasters, transport restrictions or government action—may affect performance. Parties should communicate promptly and cooperate on reasonable next steps.

These terms are intended to be interpreted under the applicable laws of Bangladesh, subject to any mandatory legal requirements. If a disagreement arises, we encourage the parties to first seek a practical resolution through direct written communication.

Any formal dispute process, jurisdiction or arbitration arrangement stated in a signed project agreement will apply to that project, to the extent enforceable under applicable law.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions as our services, website or legal requirements change. The effective date shown at the top identifies this version. Material changes to an existing signed project agreement require the appropriate agreement between the parties.
